Deck the Falls

Deck the Falls

The Winter Festival of Lights has become a massive occasion for Niagara Falls. One of the newest additions to the festival itinerary is the ‘Deck the Falls’ Holiday Walking Tour, scheduled across the first three weekends in December 2017.

The Deck the Falls tour is a city-wide activity, with twelve participating venues connected by wither walking trails or WEGO bus routes (all these venues have official booklets to guide your travels).

Every venue has exclusive activities, games and competitions.

Deck the Falls at Marriott on the Falls

One other venue taking part in Deck the Falls is Marriott on the Falls. The holiday-themed lobby is a sight to see, and during the designated Deck the Falls weekends the hotel will entertain guests with multiple photo opportunities and savoury food and drink treats as part the Tour. As the Niagara Falls Deck the Falls is an evening-slot activity, the events and offers running from 5 pm until 10 pm across those respective weekends, the themed decor and warm food are a great combination.

There are also general features outside the specific venues. The ticket provides Niagara Falls WEGO bus credit and a daily pass for the Incline Railway that provides quick access to Table Rock.

Deck the Falls Event Details

For event details, visit any of the participating venues (including Marriott, Skylon Tower and several other locations) or alternatively download the Winter Festival of Lights mobile app for full program information. Voting for your favourite venue for the night puts you in the running to win a getaway holiday package – as if there wasn’t already incentive enough to hit the streets and take advantage of the warm food, bright lights and varied activates on offer throughout the tour.

Tickets can be purchased at the Tour Desk inside the Marriott on the Falls hotel.
