Buffalo Bills – Ralph Wilson Stadium Guide

Ralph Wilson Stadium (referred to by locals as “The Ralph”) is considered a classic NFL stadiums: the tailgating is some of the best in the league, the crowd is always energetic, and they love their Buffalo Bills. This stadium, under its former name Rich Stadium, was the home for NFL Hall of Famers such as Jim Kelly and Andre Reed; and it was the site of “The Comeback” in the 1992 AFC Wild Card Game when the Bills overcame a 32-point deficit to beat the Houston Oilers in overtime 41-38, the largest comeback in NFL history.

Tailgating

Indoor

The GameDay Experience is unlike anything else in the NFL: it’s the largest indoor tailgate in the league, offering concessions, games, exhibits, and other entertainment; and arguably the best part of it all—admission is completely free! The party is held in the Bills Healthy Zone Fieldhouse, and it’s the Bills unique way of offering an alternative to the traditional tailgating.

Outdoors

For those who prefer traditional tailgating, The Ralph offers oversized parking spaces to ensure fans have room for all their tailgating equipment. It is important to note the restrictions on tailgating, however, such as no reserving spots, no walking around with open containers, and no open fires outside of the grills. Also, please note that tailgating is not allowed in the administrative lot, training center lot, tunnel lot, lot 6, or lot G.

Parking

Ralph Wilson Stadium also offers a wide variety of parking options to accommodate fans with all sorts of needs. All parking lots at The Ralph open four hour before the game and close two hours after the game is over, and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Unless you have purchased a pre-paid parking permit for one of the premium lots, the best parking is available in public lots 1, 2, 3, 5, E, and F. Parking in these lots is only $25. Guests with disabilities may park for the same price in Lot B.

Whether you've been a Bills season-ticket holder since 1989 or you’re just visiting the area and wanted to stop in for a game, The Ralph is sure to keep you entertained from the moment you arrive until the final whistle blows.

The Marriott on the Falls Hotel is located only 30 minutes from the Buffalo Bills Ralph Wilson Stadium. Crossing the nearby Rainbow Bridge Border Crossing is the easiest path to Ralph Wilson Stadium.
