While the following album, Down Two Then Left, didn't inspire as much success, Scaggs did enjoy a few more hits during the early 1980s from the albums Middle Man (1980), the Urban Cowboy Soundtrack and a greatest hits set. Today, Scaggs continues to perform around the world, having had completed a world tour as recently as last year.

Boz Scaggs is best known for his hit singles 'It's Over,' 'What Can I Say,' 'Lido Shuffle' and 'Lowdown,' which sold one million copies in the United States.
