We’re very excited to announce that the Marriott on the Falls hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario has recently been awarded the Mustang Award for Franchise Operations from Marriott Hotels of Canada.
This annual full-service franchise award recognizes hotels that have introduced innovative ideas throughout their property to drive an overall balanced scorecard over the past year, and general managers who exemplify the success of Marriott hotels.
Patrick Regina, as General Manager of the Marriott on the Falls, has overseen many positive improvements to guest experience, property operations, and overall culture. Some recent property changes include a total redesign and renovation of guestrooms, increased Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) scores, a significantly improved TripAdvisor ranking, and continuous developments to guest service and team culture.
