Summer way be on its way out, but there are still a number of great events to check out in Niagara Falls that will help you celebrate the end of another awesome season in the city.
Coca Cola Concert Series
The annual Coca Cola Concert Series in Queen Victoria Park is running until September 4th and there are plenty of upcoming musicians to check out at the outdoor stage including Groovy Food, To The Trees, Ashlynne Vince, Sonic Suede, Le Groupe Swing, The Associates, and more. Performances are held Monday through Friday from 8pm-10pm and are followed by spectacular fireworks over the Falls at 10pm.
As part of this year’s Canada 150th celebrations, Niagara Parks is hosting a new Night Lights event Monday through Friday between 9:30pm and 10:30pm, where you can visit the Journey Behind the Falls lower observation deck at night and experience unparalleled views of the thundering Horseshoe Falls while they’re illuminated. This experience is available until September 4th, so make sure to get your tickets now.
Floral Showhouse Summer Show
The annual summer show at the Floral Showhouse is on now until September 15th, featuring spectacular summer plants and flowers in incredible arrangements and displays. The Floral Showhouse is located just a short walk away from the brink of the Horseshoe Falls and is a great spot to visit to soak in the end of summer sun and see collections of orchids, tropical plants, succulents, and more.
Matthew Good Concert
Matthew Good of the popular Canadian alt-rock group Matthew Good Band will be performing a free concert at the Scotiabank Convention Centre on August 26th at 7pm as part of Niagara Falls’ ongoing Canada 150th celebrations. Capacity is limited so make sure to get there early for what’s sure to be an unforgettable show.
