Located on Queen Street, the Seneca Queen Theatre is a great place for live entertainment, music, film and theatre. With a history that dates back to 1941 when it was first built with a capacity of 911 seats, the theatre has showcased several wonderful movies and live performances. In fact, the Canadian premiere of Marilyn Monroe’s film “Niagara” was held at this theatre on January 28, 1953. The original facade had a huge illuminated marquee and the upper portion still showcases art-deco styling. Today, the renovated place offers a comfortable theatre-going experience with 300 plus seats that have ample leg room and a great view of the stage. Watch concerts, movies and other events lined up for your entertainment at this wonderful theatre.
