Fallsview Casino September Events
Steve Michaels is an award winning Elvis Impressionist. He looks and sounds the part. He'll bring his talent and hip backing band to the Avalon Theatre for a two week stint. His show is reasonably priced ($25+) and is a chance for those young and old to relive the days of The King of Rock and Roll.
Piano and vocal superstar, New Orleans native and multimedia star Harry Connick Jr. will be bringing his unique brand of entertainment and gamesmanship to the Fallsview Casino for two sold out shows in early September.
Third Eye Blind were one of the top acts of the late 90's, producing a string of radio hits, including Semi-Charmed Life and How It's Going to Be. They'll be performing these hits and a bevy of others from their catalog during this intimate concert at the Avalon Theatre Ballroom.
The King of Las Veags. Newton was the act in Las Vegas for over 20 years. His long career has yielded a large number of hits; his personal life has seen it's up and downs. Wayne will sit down and discuss all aspects of his life during this illuminating interview/performance.
The King of Queens, stand-up comedy veteran and at times a movie mall cop, Kevin James is a gigantic star. This is a rare chance to see someone of his magnitude and star power in a small performance venue. James will discuss his career and dust off old comedic acts such as 'phone number rhythm' during his Saturday evening performance at the Seneca Niagara Casino, located a 5 minute drive from the Marriott on the Falls hotel.
Niagara Falls Fireworks draw people from around the world. And there's good reason. Watching Fireworks here or there or even on TV has it's charm but there's nothing like experiencing the oohs and ahhs of fireworks exploding against the backdrop of the majestic Falls.
Fireworks are set to take place throughout the labour day long weekend, and will continue each & every Friday evening throughout the remainder of September. For more information and to see a schedule of the show visit:
Toronto classic rock band Lighthouse are still rocking after all these years, and are coming to the Scotiabank Convention Centre in late September. This is a rare chance to hear Lighthouse rock an indoor venue, as they usually perform on the outdoor concert circuit.
The Buffalo Bills have had a rough go. They haven't made the NFL Playoffs in over 15 years, back in 1999. The hope is that this will all change this season. With a new coach, new QB and new RB, highlight positions have been made over. Coupled with a stellar defensive unit, the Bills will have a strong chance of breaking their playoff drought this season. Be part of the excitement, and combine a Buffalo Bills NFL game with a stay in Niagara Falls. The Bills play two home games in September, on the 13th & 20th.
The Niagara Wine Festival gives everyone the chance to sample world famous Niagara Wine with carefully selected food pairings. The Niagara Wine Festival takes place over the last three weekends of September. With the purchase of a pass, guests can exchange stubs for food & wine, all while taking in the sight and experiencing the relaxation of a Niagara Winery.
