Wine and Craft beer may be taking centre stage at this year’s expo, but that doesn’t mean food wont have a staring role.
This year, just like the last, the Niagara Food and Wine Exp will boast culinary offerings from some of the best chefs in the Niagara region. With the region being a wine hotspot, chefs have been consistently attracted to the area.
AG Inspired cuisine will be offering Oatmeal Stout Pulled Pork and for the more exotic taste buds, Casbah Catering will be bringing Camel meat sliders. Red Canoe Bistro will offering modern spins on Canadian cuisine, while Barbeque enthusiasts can enjoy the meat selection from PigOut Catering.
The event is gearing up to be another wonderful experience of everything great about this wonderful region– wine, craft beer and excellent food.
Niagara Food and Wine Expo runs from April 26 till April 28 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre.
