Just below the bluff upon which the Marriott Fallsview sits you will find a Victorian Candy Land, a new and exciting attraction from the Niagara Parks Commission. A complement to the Winter Festival of Lights, Candy Land is a fresh take on winter both indoors and out.
The centerpiece of Candy Land is a vintage winter carousel placed amid a “sweet” forest of seasonal décor prepared by the Niagara Parks garden design team. Families will also be afforded the opportunity to roast s’mores over an open fire. The Whimsical Snowflake Honour Guard stand guard on he Bridge of Flowers pedestrian bridge that leads into the elegant Ice Castle at Table Rock, complete with a tall white Christmas tree decorated with white and blue effects.
Within the Ice Castle remains the great Niagara Parks attractions Journey Behind the Falls and Niagara’s Fury. Use the Niagara Magic Pass to get access to these and the Butterfly Conservatory, where you will be able to escape the chilly temperatures.
The Victorian Candy Land will be open until January 8, 2012.
