The Niagara Falls Illumination Board has been lighting up the Falls at night since 1925, shining all the colours of the rainbow on the rushing waters and creating spectacular vistas for all to enjoy. The unmatched beauty of Niagara Falls on a winter night is provided by 18 xenon lights in the Illumination Tower beside Queen Victoria Place and three more below street level in the Niagara Gorge opposite the American Falls. Each xenon spotlight produces more than 390 million peak beams and has a brilliance of 250 million candlepower.
Brought to you by the Marriott on the Falls.
